To participate in this training, the following is required:

- Maintaining the regulated status
- Preparing the security program and quality plan
- Acting as liaison with the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee
- Ensuring compliance with national air cargo security regulations
Prerequisites & Admission
To participate in this training, the following is required:
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or Certificate of No Objection (VGB)
- No prior education required

- Basic training: 3 days in-class
- Refresher training: 1.5 days in-class
Course Materials
The training follows the National Training Program for Civil Aviation Security (NOBB) and applicable EU and national legislation. Each participant receives a clear course manual for reference.
CITO Exam
- After the training, you will receive a code for the mandatory CITO exam.
- The exam is available at multiple locations across the Netherlands.
- Register via the CITO website at a time and location of your choice.
- Exam fees are not included in the training price.
- Upon passing, you receive a certificate valid for 5 years.
