Supervisor Luchtvracht
About this training
PLEASE NOTE! To attend this training, the student must hold a valid VGB, a valid Air Cargo Employee certificate (11.2.3.9), and a valid Air Cargo Screener certificate (11.2.3.2).
Every Regulated agent where security investigations take place must have a Supervisor who is trained in accordance with 11.2.4 EU 20115/1998.
PLEASE NOTE:
This training can only be followed with a valid VGB.
The valid VGB must be shown at the start of the training, together with a valid ID / Passport.
If the student does not have a valid VGB, the student will be refused.
For Whom
The course is intended for individuals who supervise the execution of security investigations and oversee the activities of personnel involved in the handling of air cargo at the regulated agent.
You act as a mentor and resource for your own staff and as an air cargo inspector.
In collaboration with the security manager, you are responsible for the internal quality system and ensuring that activities and security investigations are carried out in accordance with internal procedures and national regulations for the security of air cargo.
Course Material
The course is based on the National Training Program for Civil Aviation Security (NOBB) and the applicable European and national regulations.
Each participant will receive a comprehensive course book that clearly explains the subject matter and can be used as a reference.
Attention - CITO
After completing the basic Security Manager training, you will receive a code that allows you to register for the CITO exam at various locations in the Netherlands. You can register on the CITO website for a suitable location and time. The costs for the exam are not included in the course fee.
Upon successful completion of the exam, CITO will issue a certificate valid for 5 years. To keep the certificate valid, you need to attend a 1.5-day Security Manager refresher training within 30 months (2.5 years).
After 5 years, you can take the refresher training again and request a new CITO exam through SCS.
Prerequisite
- The Supervisor must hold a valid Air Cargo Employee (11.2.3.9) and Air Cargo Screener (11.2.3.2) certificate before attending this course
- You can also participate in this training with a valid BAL certificate combined with a valid CITO BAL certificate
- The trainee must hold a valid VGB before attending this course
Course Duration
- The basic security manager course consists of four (4) hour classroom training
- The refresher course consists of two (2) hour classroom training

Elke erkend agent waar beveiligingsonderzoeken plaatsvinden, dient een Supervisor in dienst te hebben die conform 11.2.4 EU 20115/1998 is opgeleid.
LET OP:
Deze training kan alleen gevolgd worden met een geldige VGB.
De geldige VGB moet getoond worden bij aanvang van de training, daarnaast moet ook een geldige ID / paspoort / rijbewijs worden getoond.
Indien de cursist geen geldige VGB bezit, zal de cursist worden geweigerd.
Voor wie
De cursus is bestemd voor degene die bij de erkend agent toezicht houdt op de uitvoering van de beveiligingsonderzoeken en toezicht houdt op de werkzaamheden van het personeel dat betrokken is bij de afhandeling van luchtvracht.
U bent de mentor en vraagbaak voor het eigen personeel en de controleur luchtvracht.
U bent in samenwerking met de security manager verantwoordelijk voor het interne kwaliteitssysteem en dat de werkzaamheden en beveiligingsonderzoeken conform de eigen procedures en nationale regelgeving voor de beveiliging van luchtvracht wordt uitgevoerd.
Cursusmateriaal
De cursus wordt gegeven aan de hand van het Nationaal Opleidingsprogramma voor de Beveiliging van de Burgerluchtvaart (NOBB) en de van toepassing zijnde Europese en nationale regelgeving.
Iedere deelnemer ontvangt een uitgebreid cursusboek, waarin op duidelijke wijze de materie wordt uiteengezet en u kunt gebruiken als naslagwerk.
Let op - CITO
Na het volgen van de basistraining Supervisor Luchtvracht ontvangt u een code waarmee u zicht kunt aanmelden voor het CITO op diverse locaties in Nederland. U kunt zich hier via de website van CITO aanmelden op een voor u geschikte locatie en tijdstip. De kosten hiervan zijn niet inbegrepen in de cursus.
Indien u het examen met succes heeft afgerond ontvangt u van CITO een certificaat dat 5 jaar geldig is.
Vooropleiding
- De Supervisor dient in het bezit te zijn van een geldig certificaat Medewerker Luchtvracht (11.2.3.9) en Controleur Luchtvracht (11.2.3.2), voordat deze cursus gevolgd kan worden
- Ook met een geldig BAL certificaat i.c.m. een geldig CITO BAL-certificaat kunt u deelnemen aan deze training

Every Regulated agent where security investigations take place must have a Supervisor who is trained in accordance with 11.2.4 EU 20115/1998.
PLEASE NOTE:
This training can only be followed with a valid VGB.
The valid VGB must be shown at the start of the training, together with a valid ID / Passport.
If the student does not have a valid VGB, the student will be refused.
For Whom
The course is intended for individuals who supervise the execution of security investigations and oversee the activities of personnel involved in the handling of air cargo at the regulated agent.
You act as a mentor and resource for your own staff and as an air cargo inspector.
In collaboration with the security manager, you are responsible for the internal quality system and ensuring that activities and security investigations are carried out in accordance with internal procedures and national regulations for the security of air cargo.
Course Material
The course is based on the National Training Program for Civil Aviation Security (NOBB) and the applicable European and national regulations.
Each participant will receive a comprehensive course book that clearly explains the subject matter and can be used as a reference.
Attention - CITO
After completing the basic Security Manager training, you will receive a code that allows you to register for the CITO exam at various locations in the Netherlands. You can register on the CITO website for a suitable location and time. The costs for the exam are not included in the course fee.
Upon successful completion of the exam, CITO will issue a certificate valid for 5 years. To keep the certificate valid, you need to attend a 1.5-day Security Manager refresher training within 30 months (2.5 years).
After 5 years, you can take the refresher training again and request a new CITO exam through SCS.

Chaque agent agréé où des enquêtes de sécurité sont menées doit avoir un superviseur formé conformément à l\'article 11.2.4 de l\'UE 2015/1998.
VEUILLEZ NOTER :
Cette formation ne peut être suivie qu\'avec un VGB valide.
Le VGB valide doit être présenté au début de la formation, accompagné d\'une pièce d\'identité ou d\'un passeport valide.

Pour qui
Le cours s\'adresse aux personnes qui supervisent l\'exécution des enquêtes de sécurité et supervisent les activités du personnel impliqué dans la gestion du fret aérien chez l\'agent agréé.

Le cours est basé sur le Programme National de Formation à la Sécurité de l\'Aviation Civile (NOBB) et sur les réglementations européennes et nationales applicables.
Chaque participant recevra un manuel de cours complet qui explique clairement le sujet et peut être utilisé comme référence.
Attention - CITO
Après avoir terminé la formation de base du Responsable Sécurité, vous recevrez un code vous permettant de vous inscrire à l\'examen CITO dans divers lieux aux Pays-Bas. Vous pouvez vous inscrire sur le site Web de CITO pour un lieu et une heure convenables. Les frais d\'examen ne sont pas inclus dans les frais de formation.
Après avoir réussi l\'examen, le CITO délivrera un certificat valable 5 ans. Pour maintenir la validité du certificat, vous devez suivre une formation de recyclage de 1,5 jour en tant que Responsable Sécurité dans un délai de 30 mois (2,5 ans).
Après 5 ans, vous pouvez suivre à nouveau la formation de recyclage et demander un nouvel examen CITO via SCS.

- Le superviseur doit être en possession d\'un certificat valide d\'Employé de Fret Aérien (11.2.3.9) et de Contrôleur de Fret Aérien (11.2.3.2) avant de suivre ce cours
- Vous pouvez également participer à cette formation avec un certificat BAL valide combiné avec un certificat CITO BAL valide
- Le stagiaire doit être en possession d\'un VGB valide avant de suivre ce cours
