To participate in the training, the following is required:
The training is based on the National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme (NOBB) and applicable EU and national legislation.

This course is a mandatory training for employees within the secure logistics chain of civil aviation who work with IT systems. The requirement applies specifically to personnel who have not yet completed another recognized training in civil aviation security.
The employee is trained in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/1998, Article 11.2.8.2 and module 19 of the NOBB.
Prerequisites & Admission
To participate in the training, the following is required:
- Valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or Security Clearance (VGB)
- No prior education required
- Basic training: 1 hour e-learning
The training is based on the National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme (NOBB) and applicable EU and national legislation.
Practical information
- Available in English and Dutch
- Certificate is valid for 5 years
- SCS Training & Consultancy B.V. is approved by the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee as a civil aviation security training provider
