About this training
The safe and efficient transportation of dangerous goods by air requires competent personnel, meaning that employees must be trained in the functions for which they are responsible - whether or not this is stated in the job description. This is best achieved through competency-based training and assessment (CBTA).
For whom
This course is intended for personnel that is designated to inform emergency services in case of an aircraft accident or incident involving dangerous goods., in accordance with subsection 1.5 of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and function 7.8 in IATA's Dangerous Goods Training Guidance.

Course content
The main topics covered during this course include:
- Understanding the basics of dangerous goods
- Dangerous Goods in baggage
- Notification to Captain (NOTOC)
- Emergency procedures
Course materials
- The E-learning is interactive where possible accompanied with images, making the explanations easy to follow.
- If desired, the course can be interrupted at any time. If the course is then restarted, it continues where it left off.

- Course constist out of 2 to 4 hours of e-learning.
